meh, new here, wanna know some people, this is an easy way to do it.
(I'm aware it's somewhat noobish but meh :3)
Me start.
I'm Wayne, 19. Currently a bum, but hopefully going to uni next year to study fine arts. Well I work part time but I hate it >_<
I spend most of my time gaming (PC only :X) and drawing/painting, I also play the guitar. I'm very much your straight up git, with no real life friends for a few years now and so understandably I don't go out *_*
obsessions being comics, doctor who (old stuffs) collecting toys etc.
I am a big fan of comics and animation on a whole (not just japanese), favourite cartoons being Batman, Evangelion, beast wars, cowboy bebop and Zoids. Favourite comics being Transformers, Tintin, Batman, Maus and G.I. Joe.
I got into yaoi at a pretty young age 7ish years ago, back when all it was on the net was a few badly done gundam wing scribbles. And interestingly enough it was through yaoi that I learned of Evangelionm which I only first saw in 2003 (and I am still upset by Kaworu's lack of screentime) This is the first yaoi forum I have joined  (well I joined Aarin fantasy but I admit that like most people it was so I could access the downloads :3) |

Using your fine example as a template  :
I'm Anne. I'm 20. I'm at uni studying performing arts, musical theatre (acting, singing and dancing, usually at the same time for the benefit of the blissfully ignorant  )
I spend a lot of time gaming too, PC a lot but also Xbox360 and PS2. I'm a big RPG fan and can't wait for Mass Effect when I get it for Christmas. Obsessions include Japan (duh), fiction writing, musical theatre (duh again) and dragons. I love my dragons ^_^
My favourite anime other than yaoi include Cowboy Bebop, Wolf's Rain, Samurai 7 (ongoing atm) and Rumbling Hearts. I adore Life on Mars, the TV series with John Simm and Phillip Glenister.
I got into yaoi, embarrassingly enough, by pairing up characters from Yu-Gi-Oh! Yami and Yugi are so cute together I was a major writer of the pairing on ff.net but had to take them all down due to a life crisis. All better now though ^_^
Oh and I'm gay!

I'm Jeshi, i'm 17. I'm currently. . . Er. About that. >>; Waiting to go to college then uni? I dunno. xD Supposed to be working I guess.
I spend my time gaming, gaming and . . . more gaming. Ps2, DS, PC, Wii. . . Yeah. Whatever. I don't have many offline friends, as far as i'm concerned they're self centred arseholes.
My favourite animes are Tenchi Muyo, Gravitation&Enzai. I dunno, I read more manga. Of which my favs are Yellow, Our Kingdom, Pet Shop of Horrors and Legal Drug.
I don't even remember how I got into yaoi. Probably my countless online gays. <3 &&I'd say it was a few years ago now. :3

Heehee, you sound like me when I was 17 Not all offline peeps are arseholes and only a couple are self-centered lol. I'm sure if I met you in real life it would be way better than on here

Heh depends on which fandoms you venture into. Some are filled with them, unfortunately. Though the nice ones make up for the self centred brats, most of the time. ^^ |

Hello there I'm male 32yrs (I feel old)
I'm an ex mature student at the london uni of arts 05-06 doing 3d modelling and animation (CGI mostly) iv always been interested in drawing and animation
for a long time scicne I was like 6 or 7.
I got interested in yaoi when I was discovering my sexuality properly about 23-26yrs old (sad I know )  but my first love of yaoi was Ai No Kusabi which blew me away and scince then I've been trying to find it.
I like GAMES, the creative arts, sci-fi, animation, animating, drawing, geeky things, GOTH, High Fantasy, bowling, rpg's and plently more stuff ..just ask
sadly not many freinds (and even they are miles away now) but thats mostly to do with where I live. Being a bit of a closet goth and Gay/Bi I can rarly let my hair down and be me amoung the local Chavs. 
I'm a genuine nice guy as called by those I've met.
So defenatly not a self cented moron .
(Yes I've ran acrross those aswell at my magic club (ccg's)
far too serious for there own good. *shivers* )
